Solskjaer Rules Out Blackburn Rovers

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has ruled himself out of the running for the vacant manager's position at Bolton.

Solskjaer took charge of Norwegian champions in 2011 and is among those linked to the job at the Reebok Stadium following the sacking of Owen Coyle last week.

And with just over a month to go of the Norweigan season, the former Manchester United striker insists he is not looking to leave Molde, who are two points clear at the summit.

"There will always be speculation when someone in England needs a new manager," Solskjaer told Norwegian newspaper Romsdals Budstikke.

"There are surely 20 names who have been linked with Bolton now and it's natural that mine is among them. But it's not for me.

"Blackburn, Bolton, rumours crop up all the time. But I'm not that bothered about them.

"I'm absolutely certain I will see out the season here I can promise that."

Solskjaer turned down an offer from Aston Villa earlier this year following the sacking of Alex McLeish and has also been named as a potential replacement to Steve Kean at Blackburn.
