South Sydney have re-signed George and Tom Burgess until the end of the 2018 season, the NRL club announced on Thursday.
The England internationals were key figures in the Rabbitohs’ drought-breaking premiership win last season.
Coach Michael Maguire welcomed the retention of the twins as Souths aim to shore up the club’s future ahead of next season after a disappointing 2015.
“George and Thomas are two of the pillars of our forward pack and we are very happy to have them extend their time with the club to cover at least the next three seasons,” Maguire said.
“They are both great athletes and have made a real impact on our forward pack over the past few years.
“They are both leaders-in-the-making and we’re happy to have the boys in red and green.”
