Former Liverpool and Republic of Ireland defender, Jim Beglin, set to join Optimum Sports Media as a columnist.
As of next OSM will start the first of a series of expert columnists and pundits who will share their views on a range of sports during the sporting season. The first sport will be soccer as we enter the key phases of the UEFA Champions League, Europa League, Premier League and FA Cup final.
The soccer pundits will include former Liverpool midfielder Ray Houghton, former Chelsea and Aston Villa player, Andy Townsend and Matt Holland of Ipswich Town and Charlton Athletic.
Other sports to be included over the coming weeks will be racing, rugby and cricket.
